It's been a while since I was back on the Pennine Way, being walking the beautiful Tyne Valley 'Daft as a Brush' walk, until I've torn a muscle in my leg!

So walking is not possible until it heals, already had a setback by gardening!

Looking at walking from Bellingham up path to Hareshaw Linn Waterfall thinking I'd be able to join up with Pennine Way to return to Bellingham.

Looking at map there does not appear to be any access from Waterfall, need to cross to path running north from Sourmilk Hill (near Hainingrigg Burn) to do walk.

Anyone attempted or achieved this?

It would be a shame if I have to miss out on doing the walk up to the waterfall.

Drove up to that area today, successfully found some places to park when going further north on Pennine Way.

Checked with person who left comment and as some years ago cannot recall route taken, but does remember some scrambling in a few places to get out of valley.
