Title: about time I registered and said hello
Post by: Markwils on 23:02:11, 14/09/18
Midlands based walker, mainly into LDW and will be starting my 12th at the beginning of October. Most walks are in Scotland, love the freedom to wild camp, days without meeting another sole, perfect for my soul!

Hoping to contribute to the forum a little now work is starting to wind down a bit and would be even better to talk to like-minded folk(wife REALLY doesnt understand why I do it).

Mark

Welcome from Orkney, Mark :)

So much scope for long distance walking in Scotland; reading Cameron McNeish's book about the Scottish National Trail right now.

"12th at the beginning of October" - where are you headed?
