Has anyone here done a LDWA walk. There is one in my local area coming up soon, but i am not sure i am ready for something like it. I have been told it will be approx 100 miles over 48 hours including walking though the night. Does anyone have any experience of this.
Do you actually stop for sleep or do you push though
