SEPTEMBER in the Lake District

Hello everybody!
I am a 57 female medium fit walker (I love walking but my knee operation impedes longer walks).
I am coming to the Lake District in September from Poland.
Anybody interested to join me for a mild but great walk?

I'm hoping to do the Cumbria Way in September, so if you see a mucky old tramp staggerring along under a big pack and mutterring to himself darkly, that'll be me.... just wave and say hello...

I live in the Lakes, so might join you. I'll let you know nearer the time. Hopefully this September will be a good one like last year, instead of this terrible June we've just had.
