Gout! Ouch! But there's one thing worse than spewing up..........I'm not going to go into detail but it's not nice and it does involve removing clothing.

Not been a good week so far with the back and this.

Hope you're doing ok Rich.

Rich your heroic dedication to making pictures while emptying your stomach contents all over the fells is remarkable!!  ;)
Sort of gives a new meaning to that old adage "Take only photos, leave only footprints" !  :o

You guys certainly livened up a dreary Friday afternoon for me.

I was going to say I'm glad you managed to evacuate yourselves, but that may be a poor choice of words.

Seriously, great that is all ended safely and you had Big AJ along. Our little hills can be surprisingly scary sometimes!

Courage doesn’t always come in a loud roar.
Sometimes courage comes as a small voice at the end of the day saying,
“I’ll try again tomorrow.”

Glad you did the report Rich.  It's a good reminder to all of us that we can be vunerable on the hills.

Glad you both made it back ok.  Well done AJ and well done to Rich for managing to take all those pics whilst you were ill- they look pretty good to me.
