Sue and I walked around Kentmere res today...... and got soaked ;D


It seems everyone got wet yesterday  :(  The weekend ahead looks ok so far  :)

Indeed. Might, just might get out for a family wild camp, somewhere with not too much of a walk in. :)


Frustrated today as we wasted a perfect fell walking day on shopping in Kendal, and my plans to sneak out for a quick wild camp this evening have been thwarted by by my indecision, a lost map and a terrible weather forecast. But mostly my indecision. >:(  Still, enjoying a pleasant evening, and I shall go up Hampsfell for the sunset.

Great photos, I used to get to that part of the Lakes when I worked nearby, much underrated and  under-visited !
