BHF Coast to Coast Walk

i have just entered the British Heart Foundation Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge on Saturday 23rd July. It is my First long distance event, but it looks great fun! I cant wait.
Does anyone have any tips!

Tips - depends what walk you are doing....is it the title C2C or the Yorks 3 peaks?
