Yes, if you like Regatta gear. My opinion is, it's bottom end of the market stuff and you get what you pay for.
For example I've had Regatta waterproof overtrousers that have only been any good for a year, and a waterproof jacket that lasted less than two years. Now when I'm browsing a selection of brands I skip theirs. Even though I'm not exactly well off I'd prefer to spend more on something that's going to last longer

I bought one of those waterproof jackets that you fold up and chuck in your rucksack in 2005, threw it out last year....still perfectly wearable and fully waterproof. Perhaps it's just hit and miss on what you buy.

We have a couple of 3 in 1 jackets from Regatta...
Which was handy as they were in the bigger size range & fit lovely..
They have lasted three & a half years so far with no problems..

Always had reasonable usage out of Regatta gear I've bought. (e.g. Got about 6 years out of a isotex 5000 jacket that I bought for 45 quid, and used most days.)

I bought a Regatta waterproof jacket from Otterburn Mills in 2008 (forget the price, wasn`t much). I  treat it every now and then with a waterproofing spray, £1.49 from Lidl.  Does the business, keeps the water out, and when the weather gets colder I can zip in my Regatta fleece - so I stay dry and warm in really bad weather. The fleece, btw cost £10.00 in 2008.

Incidently, talking of Lidl - apologies for going off topic, but I`ve just bought a perfectly servicable  waterproof jacket from Lidl, for - wait for it ... £14.99.  Don`t really need it `cos I still have my Regatta waterproof from 2008, but I couldn`t resist at that price!

Must admit, I've had Regatta gear and it's been okay.  I've currently got a Regatta softshell jacket which has stayed "shower proof" even though it just gets washed in with my normal washloads.

Aren't Regatta and Craghoppers one and the same (I like my Craggy trooos  :o )

Owned by the same company IIRC.

Brasher and Berghaus are also owned by the same company.

Always have a regatta rain coat in the car, pretty bombproof for the money and very waterproof.

For the prices, think they are definitely worth a punt.

Regatta are ok - not top of the range but adequate. They are the only brand of,walking trousers I can buy as they are the only short length which is actually short enough for me! My winter trews do need replacing tho. After 3 years the soft lining is coming away from the outer and one of the zips will not stay closed.

Regatta = Craghoppers = Hawkshead
I've had 3 pairs of Regatta trousers for work, and they lasted well past the expected expiry date. I'm now seriously considering some Regatta Geo Softshell trousers from Trekwear for £29.95 (Go Outdoors do them for £29.99 !!) RRP is £50. Got be worth a punt eh .. and with Go price promise, might get them for £26.96......

You're fortunate.  I can buy any brand but every one needs altering to shorten the legs to something I can wear :-[ .  Some brands do X short legs which saves on the amount of wasteage but they still need a bit cutting off
