Hi,
I'm a Brit living in SE Norway for over 20 years. I often come back to the UK, Usually July, sometimes xmas, to run, walk, run-walk, or walk-run national trails with my partner. I'm hoping to pick up information on long-distance paths, fastpacking. I can return with info on trail-running, multi-stage run-walk holidays, running in Norway and a little bit on Spain. I've been a lurker here for a few weeks 

This July my partner and I completed round Wales with the stretch from Port Talbot to Chepstow. Next on the agenda is either do the piece to link Chepstow to Minehead, or maybe Pennine Way, or cross Ireland.

In the past we have walked or run the following, usually in two-or three-week pieces. I can't guarantee to remember all details of these but I have lots of pictures  :

The Vasa ultra is several races. The one I meant, in mid-August, was a run of 45 km, 90 km, or relay vasaloppet.se
