Hello,
A nice wee trip into the Arctic.
You were quite brave taking a tarp type tent into that area or was the weather just not warm enough for swarms of biting insects?
My daughter and a friend went on their cross-country skis along part of the Kungsleden Trail in early February a few years ago ending up in the area where the herders of the reindeer have their winter quarters?...the Sami folks?  Short daylight hours and the necessity to reach one of the refuges each evening.
