Yea I have always been type of person who prefers learning by their own mistakes. I have never had the need to eat unless Iím hungry before so assumed I could manage hills not eating as I wasnít hungry. Obviously now I realise I should have eaten as I felt better as soon as I did eat luckily. So yea next time I will have something to eat.


Will go to place near where I live which has few hills and steps to practice.

On certain hills/mountains I actually find it harder descending than going up. Whernside is a prime example of this.

Yea it can be especially as my balance isnít great. Trying to improve my balance for the next walk which should help.
