The best photo that you took this year?
« on: 11:51:59, 21/12/18 »
I'm on the lookout for some PC home page photos so am hoping that I can persuade you to post to the Forum what was the best hiking photo that you took personally took in 2018.

I've taken a few, one of which I'm actually pleased with. If I can work out how to do it, I will post it on the Forum.

Thank you.

I tend to put my favourites up on my Flickr page. BUT,  seeing as we can only pick one; I was pretty pleased with this one:

I'm no photographer, and don't take many pictures, but this is probably the best of the year.

AARG why is it doing that, it is the right way up before I post!!!!!

My view down into Mosedale and across to Burnmoor Tarn.  Yewbarrow being the prominent fell with Illgill Head and Whin Rigg behind.  A great day on my way up to Pillar.

Just trying to upload a photo, looks like I succeeded. I've surprised myself!

I take few photos and only use my phone. This is standing nearly on the top of Ysgyryd Fawr looking towards Abergavenny. It was a beautiful hot sunny day and I had just walked up from a camp site, on the photo way downhill to the left, there was no wind and no one around. The view just took my fancy.
