Boots Market Canyon anyone bought these

Just seen these on local market at Stamford wondered if anyone here has worn them,  just need boots for local walking in in Northants andCambs I've got a pair of Meindls for hillwalking. I've not tried them on due to lack of time just wondered if anyone has experience of them thanks

I have seen these previously when looking for boots on Amazon...there are a few scathing reviews too, even though most are positive. Are the positive ones real though..? Cheap and nasty was one review. I have no axe to grind but I do doubt many of these positive reviews nowadays. Yet maybe they might be great for light hikes or walking in lowlands etc. :(

Dunno about the boots but the website looks like it was knocked up in 5 minutes, I'd avoid buying anything from there.

Personally I'd prefer to buy boots in a shop rather than from a market stall, easier to deal with if you have problems.

The trader gave me his business card with his home address which is the next village where I live, I've done market trading before myself most of us are okay.
