When was the last time you did it?
« on: 22:00:17, 22/07/19 »

My last time was almost a month ago.

... went for what you would consider a "proper" (boots on, rucksack packed) walk of course, tsk, tsk.  Shame on you all  :-*

When was yours?

Boots on - last month in South Africa. Boots on and rucksack - about 12+ months ago on Bennachie in Aberdeenshire. The last year has not been kind with injuries.

Boots on,about a month back.  22 miles on the Abbots way, from Tavistock to Buckfast Abbey.

Boots on, last Thursday in the Lakes. But we had a city walk on  Sunday which was trainers not boots but still a proper walk to me.

This thread reminds me of an old joke.
2 old Generals are sitting in their club when one says, 'When was the last time you did it?'
the 2nd General says '1947'.
'What!' says the first 'you've not been with a women since 1947'
'Well it's only 21 hundred hours now' he replies

Sunday 14th July - Broughton Mills to the Newfield Inn, Seathwaite, with my son via Caw, a fine little hill. A pleasant way to spend half a day.

Which one?

I have a score to settle with the Ben Vorlich overlooking the north end of Loch Lomond - one of those situations where I got a twinge and stupidly decided to ignore the pain and press on - until I HAD to turn back. My knee gave me trouble for years afterwards.
