O0 Nice one... but even better if you'd capitalised 'street'.  :)

Beswick
has had a lot of regeneration .
I used to cycle through It On The SKYRIDE and was amazed at how much changed .

Mainly because of Man city's Etihad stadium , Sports city ,and the Veladrome

 :) Moving on...

About 5 miles along the coast to the east of Whitstable is the town of Herne Bay, which provides my next target.

I pass through Herne Bay at least once most weeks and, as with Whitstable, I like to see as much of the town and its various associated villages as possible.

When I start out towards the east on a local walk, I always do a circuit. On a short walk, I usually take country lanes to Herne, go though Herne Bay, and return along the coast. For a longer walk, I'll get at least as far as Reculver before returning along the coast - passing through Herne Bay on my way back.

This is the Google Earth map that shows my tracks in the Herne Bay area over the past three-and-a-half years. I've done the majority of streets, but there are still quite a few to go...

I'll post updated maps every so often.  8)
