This interested me on the news last night - the featured landowner has a very enlightened attitude.


Obviously the same principle should be applied to access in general - England and Wales should follow Scotland's lead.

This could be a double edged sword and end up in the environment and wildlife being damaged if too many people flock to riversides. I have seen it in our local path with nesting ducks and fishing herons being disturbed by people jumping into the river or being chased by out of control dogs.
