Satmap Active 20
« on: 21:28:08, 25/07/20 »
Hi,
Does anyone own one of these units? I have an Active 10 currently and have a question to do with the creation of trails on the Active 20, but I think I need someone who owns one of these to answer it.
Thanks

Can someone who owns an Active 20 please try the following

1) Go to MAIN MENU → Settings → Data Save Options and change it to save as .MAP

2) Create a trail, a short one is absolutely fine and then turn this in to a track/route (ie save it)

3) Then view the profile of this newly created track and see if the comments section below the altitude graph shows the average speed & date etc at each of the waypoints

4) I believe that if you convert it as a GPX file rather than a MAP file in step 1, which is the default that this data isnt shown, but I hope that if you convert as MAP file that this information will still be shown as it is useful when out training to see how your time was at various points.

Thanks a lot
